The primary mirror of this Ritchey-Chretien telescope has a diameter of 152cm, the secondary one of 52cm. The telescope has two focal lengths: a Ritchey-Chretien focus (12.5m), and a Cassegrain focus (22.5m). The first scientific pictures were taken in 1970. The telescope is located at the Leopold-Figl-Observatory for Astrophysics at the Mitterschöpfl in Lower Austria.
